pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis (noun) /NOO muh no ul tra mi cro scop ic SIL uh koh vol KAY no koh nee OH siss/ - the longest word in the English language.  It's the disease you get from inhaling silica dust.

Example:  Just got back from the doctor.  Man, I really thought I had pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis . . . turns out it's only a cold.  Again.
