Creative Costume Award Goes to the Human Breathalyzer

From the "Smack My Damn Head" files:A Man Was Busted For Drunk Driving On Halloween . . . While He Was Dressed Up As A Breathalyzer

Early Monday morning, 19-year-old Matthew Nieveen of Lincoln, Nebraska was driving home from a Halloween party and was busted for a DUI . . . while he was dressed up as a BREATHALYZER.
That's right.  Matthew's Halloween costume was one of those store-bought breathalyzer costumes . . . where the breathalyzer's blowing tube is strategically and suggestively placed down in the junk region.
The police in Lincoln pulled Matthew over when they saw him swerving in his Ford F-150.

Nieveenís blood alcohol level was more than twice the stateís .08 limit (though he wasnít supposed to be drinking in the first place). A search of his truck turned up a bottle of vodka and beer.

Last Halloween, an Ohio college student wearing a similar Breathalyzer costume was busted for drunk driving and underage drinking.

This video really has nothing to do with the story, it's just a really awesome faceplant from a Sober School drop-out while he attempts the challenges of a field sobriety test.
