Where are the rich guys ?

We often hear Hillary and Obama tell us we have to tax the rich guys and stop giving them breaks. How do you spot the rich guys. With everybody buying "designer" clothes, fancy cars, and bigger houses than they can afford with sub-prime loans, then how do we spot the rich guys and tell the difference between them and the "over extended guys" ? Sometimes you have to look for the subtle hints and hidden clues. This picture is a fine example of a rich guy "tell".
