Shortly after class, a student approaches his economics professor and says, \"I don\'t understand this stimulus bill. Can you explain it to me?\"
The professor replied, \"I don\'t have time right now, but if you come over to my house on Saturday and help me with my weekend project, I\'ll be glad to explain it to you.\" The student agreed.
At the agreed-upon time, the student showed up at the professor\'s house. The professor stated that the weekend project involved his backyard pool.
They both went out back to the pool, and the professor handed the student a bucket. Demonstrating with his own bucket, the professor said, \"First, go over to the deep end, and fill your bucket with as much water as you can.\" The student did as he was instructed.
The professor then continued, \"Follow me over to the shallow end, and then dump all the water from your bucket into it..\" The student was naturally confused, but did as he was told.
The professor then explained they were going to do this many more times, and began walking back to the deep end of the pool.
The confused student asked, \"Excuse me, but why are we doing this?\"
The professor matter-of-factly stated that he was trying to make the shallow end much deeper.
The student didn\'t think the economics professor was serious, but figured that he would find out the real story soon enough.
However, after the 8th or 9th trip between the shallow end and the deep end, the student began to become worried that his economics professor had kinda\' lost it. The student finally blurted out, \"All we\'re doing is wasting valuable time and effort on an unproductive pursuit. Even worse, when this process is all over (and there\'s absolutely no way to know when that might be), everything will be exactly the same as before, so all we\'ll really have accomplished is the complete waste of both our time and our efforts which, if otherwise directed, might have had a chance of yielding a productive result!\"
The professor put down his bucket and replied with a smile, \"Congratulations. You now understand the stimulus bill.\"

It is everything you have been talking about and more. If this is not the precursor to the Camps, I don\'t know what it is. This would not be a normal function of the Federal Govt, normally local law enforcement would be the ones to look for a gun dealer. Who is to say what they will deem a gun dealer. This is nothing short of Brown Shirts and Nazi like tactics. This did not start with Obama either, it has been in the works for a while, we are all in deep sh_t now and getting worse.

After employing a variety of people in my 40 years in business, I\'ve noticed things that stay constant. People that work hard and are devoted to their family and career make more money than those selfish people that think only of themselves. The poor always have money for cigarettes and beer. The poor may be late for work, but they had time to stay out until 3AM last night. The poor never have time to wash thier car or clean their yards, even when they are unemployed. Car may be low on oil, but a stop at the 7-11 yields cigarettes, not motor oil, money is tight. The poor always have a resentment of the \"rich guy\" that went to college. Never mind that this rich guy was working two jobs while in college. never mind that the poor guy was partying each night that the rich guy was in college.
When the space program first began, the \"Revered\" Ralph Abernathy was protesting all over this country with the slogan\"You can\'t eat rocks!\", referring to the moon rocks our scientist were bringing here to study. Got to feed the poor that won\'t work and squash those astronauts willing to risk their lives to advance our knowledge.
As the Commie leader once said, and I forget which one, \"A Democracy will never last. When their worst figure out that they can vote themselves a pay raise instead of earn it, the whole system will fall apart\". Quote is not exact as you would imagine.

Hey guys my name is Chance, I live in Baton Rouge and I go to school at LSU and I\'ve been listening to ya\'ll since I moved down here about 4 years ago. I love the show and I can\'t get going in to morning without it! I heard earlier this morning about a guy complaining about gun control, you know the dumb ass that hasn\'t held a gun since he was 8, he thinks... Any way I believe Mr. Walton may have made the comment that he was probably a mo and that is why he didn\'t like guns. While that was quite funny, I myself am a proud mo and I am also a proud gun owner! I believe that because there are so many crazy people out there you can never have too much protection (especially here in Baton Rouge). Remember guns don\'t kill people. People kill people and they will find a way! So that\'s why I proudly pack the heat and I dare someone to threaten me because I will not hesitate!

In other words, one of the few free and open means of popular expression may well be cornered and beaten by bullies who even in triumph cannot tolerate any criticism and opposition.
A victory for those who believe the state is better qualified to raise children than the family, for those who prefer teachers\' unions to teaching and for those who are naively convinced that if the West is sufficiently weak towards its enemies, war and terror will dissolve as quickly as the tears on the face of a leftist celebrity.
A victory for social democracy even after most of Europe has come to the painful conclusion that social democracy leads to mediocrity, failure, unemployment, inflation, higher taxes and economic stagnation. A victory for intrusive lawyers, banal sentimentalists, social extremists and urban snobs.

Dear Gawds,
I am a true ten percenter and a daily listener. Just wanted to give my take on this stealing bill. Most of congress is bought and paid for, what a shame! One of the senators voting for the bill is Spector-R-from Penn. I e-mailed him Monday and asked him to reconsider his vote. I got a response from him saying that due to his high volume of mail he could not respond to me, but in a way he responded. Now why could he not address my subject. See I told him that Ms. Landrieu was bribed because Louisiana was promised billions in this bill. How are levees in La. going to give a job to a person who just lost his job at Circut City.
Another point, all these people who can\'t pay their house note I would like to know about their credit card debt. What they were spending their money on. I bet they wasted money on things they did not need instead of saving their money for the nessessary things. Like you said before, why should all of us have to pay for the bad judgement of others? Others also meaning Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, etc............

I really appreciate the information you pass on to your listeners, creative, informative, and facts the American public need to know.
My daughter, who was voting for the first time called me yesterday, saying her dad called at 6am to make sure she was voting and of course who to vote for. On the way to the polls on her lunch hour, she called to tell me she was going to vote an how excited she was, and asked who I think she should vote for. I responded this is America the land of the free and the brave, you have uncles who fought in the Vietnam war and you know your mom is always for the Red White And Blue, you vote for who you think is the best candidate.
I was raised (reared) you don't say who you vote for are what party your for, and it doesn\'t matter if you don\'t like the particular candidate in your party you vote for whom you think is best, this is America.
But Mom who are you voting for? Going against what my mother and father told me, was my American right, I told my daughter not the O candidate to decide for her own. Her response "Mama what will we do if He gets in office?\" We should all be on our knees praying cause we will all need it. She responded "Mama I don't want to bring another child into this world if he is going to be our leader\", I know but as far as I know this is still one nation under GOD. What words can comfort one looking to the future and her own Mom can't say it will be alright. Simply because it won\'t. Thanks for doing what you do.

Who's So Damn Rich ?
I have to clear this up cause I have yet to hear it right. Some lady called in and was saying the Rich are getting Richer and the Poor are getting Poorer. That is all I freaking hear from the socialist. This is NOT TRUE. The Poor are NOT getting poorer. They are actually getting richer. We did a study on this when I was in college and it is true the Rich are getting Richer, but the Poor are getting Richer also. However, the rich are getting richer at a faster rate. Therefore, you see this widening gap between rich and poor. This is where there is a gap, but Everybody has been getting richer. The world has actually gotten richer and many countries are now above their poverty lines. That doesn\'t say much but it still shows that Poor people in the US and Poor people among the world are all becoming richer. And when the Rich become richer the Poor will become richer just not as quick.
A few nights ago I was listening to 950 late night and I need to get something straight. Some lunatic called tried to compare a CEO making $50mill vs. a Janitor. He was upset cause this is not FAIR! I have not heard somebody correct this caller in that these are two completely different positions. 1) the CEO most likely graduated with a degree or even multiple degrees. 2) Worked his way from the bottom up for 20+ years. 3) Manages hundreds if not thousands of people 4) Represents his industry. I doubt a Janitor equivalency could be par with a CEO.
Now this guy was trying to compare a Janitor to a CEO and complaining that it is not FAIR. Fair is everybody having the equal rights among everybody. Fair does not mean you were more successful than me, now you have to make me as good as you. What a Joke this world needs to wake up!!!

Today is a new day in a „New America. I don‚t know how people will react to having a new president but I do know how some will react to having a Black man as president. Those that „identify with the new president will rejoice and celebrate as if they have won the Super Bowl or other sporting event of your choice. It‚s clearly not a political victory, or a moral victory, to most black people it‚s simply a „black victory. I need to know how this tore down any race barriers. I've seen more resentment and hatred from both sides then I've seen in many years. I've served and worked with people of all colors and diverse backgrounds and have never seen the lack of interest in knowing the facts before making a decision. This election proved that anything is possible in this great country and it also proved how ignorant and uneducated the average American public really is about what America really needs. Most Americans know nothing about the government‚s policies or how the government works. Politicians in general have lost touch with the role our founding fathers had set for them in the Constitution. Politician prey on the weak minded, uninformed and uneducated by promising good things for nothing in return. I‚ve always been taught that anything good worth having is achieved by hard work and some good fortune. I‚ve also been taught that you make your own fortune by putting yourself into position for those good opportunities to be presented. Standing in lines for charity, playing the lottery, complaining about not having these opportunities and blaming others for my failures has never been the way to a better life. Depending on somebody else for your fortune will always leave you wanting and waiting. It sounds like these are the people the „New government wants to have as citizens. Desperate people are the easiest to control and manipulate. As long as there are people waiting for their piece of the pie without helping to make the pie, there will always be opportunities for the government to grow and tighten the grip on American citizens. It is time that the informed, educated, and strong minded Americans rise up and be the checks and balances of the „New‰ American government. It‚s not a black and white thing, It‚s a Red, White and Blue thing. God bless America and let‚s stand together as AMERICANS (all races and ethnicities) against all things that threaten our freedoms.
Remember, this country was founded by people who were fed up with the government‚s control and it may have to be revived by the same fed up citizens.

I listen to your show every morning and think its a great service what you and other host do for radio considering that News as we know it is dead on mainstream tv. I just want to thank all the states and people who voted for McCain, and I hope that Sarah Palin sticks around because she could be the future of conservatives along with our govenor Bobby Jindal. As for the people in Ohio, Pennsylvania and any other coal burning state, yall can kiss my southern behind and I hope you get everything that you voted for.....including your coal plants being shut down. I mean how dumb can you be to vote for someone who said he was going to bankrupt the industry and skyrocket your electricity bills. As for the rest of the country, In hearing that Barack Obama wanted to cut the military in half and set up a military type institution here reminded me of a conspiracy theory that I had read about some time ago that I figured was just that, a theory. You see, its in the constitution that the armed forces cannot be used against americans or something to that affect if i remember it correctly. Now if you cut the military and hire a private contracter to run the security here, then you could use that force here because it is not unconstitutional. If you notice there is military bases that are being shut down but still guarded when theres nothing in them. Just wait because these will be the jails that you will be placed in when you get out of line when this takes place. Like I said, just a theory but something to start thinking about.

On a recent road trip to Maine, I had to go without listening to you guys for an extended period of time. I decided to use the free satellite radio installed in my new car. I was appalled at the pure drivel and tittle tattle of these talk shows that people pay to listen to. I nearly lost my mind because i had been spoiled by being able to listen to the Radio Gawds for free since i was a young boy. These Lex & Tony assholes and even Stern now just sound like silly little girls compared to the Gawds. Im sure without doubt that the should start a satellite provider just to provide worldwide coverage of Walton and Johnson. I know I would be happy to pay the fee that some of these providers charge for their nonsense. The future: Sirius Radio, XM Radio, W&J Radio...come on somebody snap.

Background on me, first. I listen to you guys every morning on my way to work. When I travel out of town on business, I hate that I can\'t listen to you; I have W&J withdrawal-it\'s not a pretty sight. I have called your show once to discuss my thought that Obama is not the anti-christ (b/c I don\'t love him; I wouldn\'t vote for him if he were the only candidate and I was his mom! (remember?)). Well, enough of this small talk.
I am sending this email because I am PISSED about that letter you read yesterday in which the Muslim lady said that if we didn\'t vote for Obama, they would KILL us!!! WTF? Bring it on honey; we don\'t play nice. Has anyone mentioned the fact that what she said is a TERRORIST THREAT?!
That email (if it indeed was) should be forwarded to the CIA, FBI, DHS, DOD, DOS and every other acronymed office in our government to spark a manhunt for this heffer. They can track that email back to the IP of origin, cross-reference to a physical address and haul her ass in. No rights for her, no ACLU crap intervention, none of that. If an American says the word \"bomb\" in an airport, he/she would be hauled away for life. Let me come face to face with that rejected devil-spawn...She\'d be begging Satan for forgiveness.

I am thrilled Joe Biden is the Democratic VP nominatee because I have dirt on his daughter! I was Ashley Biden\'s next door neighbor at Tulane my freshman year of college,and she was a train wreck!
She would sit in the hall of JL dorm (floor 3) with no pants and no panties on with her big bush exposed. I\'m talking a huge bush- like 70s porn. She drunkenly wandered the halls most weekend nights (and Mondays) searching for condoms so she could loudly do it with her conquest of the night.
Oh yeah, and don\'t get me started on her drug use. Joe Biden may have started the DARE program, but he couldn\'t get through to his own daughter. Fit to run our country? Not even fit to run his family.

I was so pleased to see our Olympic winners displaying the proper respect to our national athem. I was also pleased to see how grateful an American basketball player was to be an American & his opinion of our country in an interview in China. I don\'t follow basketball so I don\'t know who it was. One would think that a presidential candidate would follow suit in that regard, but I've seen the pictures of Obama NOT honoring properly the national anthem. And he wants me to vote him into the highest office of my United States of by God America. I DON\"T THINK SO !
I too enjoyed Amos \'n Andy & found the show the be good basic comedy. i found it portrayed black people favorably & showed how they were good folk like anyone else in 1952. I had my 16 year old watch 4 episodes & then read the comments of the NAACP that condemned the show for stereo-typing black people negatively. He said he didn\'t see anything like the NAACP accusations tried to state. One memorable episode was when Andy took a job as a department store Santa Claus in order to buy a doll for his god daughter (Amos\'s daughter). also, all the male characters always wore suits & ties except for Amos (a cab driver) & Lightning (a janitor) & their pants were worn like they are supposed to be properly worn. I'm listening to some Big Band that a certain early morning radio show has been known to play & got me hooked on. Ungawa

Just started listening. Glad to see degrees aren\'t completely out of fashion just yet. Among other aids, I feel this is the one reason the government will never completely rule the universe. So long as one person (though that may not be enough) has a degree such as yourselves, we won\'t be persuaded by their ignorance. Prior to your show\'s influence, I was furious about Louis Fabrikhan and his \"genocide under guise\" tactics. Now I see that sufficient acquaintance with the facts and letting them blow themselves out of hot air is probably the best approach.

Good morning, my name is mat, i wanted to share somthing that happened to me over the weekend.i went to a well known radio store, i went in and they had three workers. a white guy, a black guy, and a middleastern guy, and i happened to get the help of the middleastern guy wich i had no problem with. i had just finished pt practice for the airforce and was still in millitary fatiges. i asked him a question about a product i was looking for . he said they did not carry it, so i said ok thanks for your help. as i proceeded to leave i heard him say \" good i didn\'t want to help your fucking american ass any way.\" i said \" what did you you say?\" he replied \"you heard me, you fucking american military think your hot shit killing women and children in my country. \" i said \" well if you hate us americans so much what the hell are you doing here then instead of your own country.\" so the conversation got even more heated and someone had called the cops. the cops told me that i was about to be brought to jail for ethnic harrassment. i said \"what!\" i said \" he started it so is he going to jail.\" the officer replied \" well no\" i said so you are telling me that foriegners have more rights than the full blooded home grown american. he replied well i seems that way. the other officer came and told me and i quote\" the gentleman said that if you aplogize to him and his country then he will drop the charges.\" i replied hell no take me to jail and i went and bailed out the other day and have court on the matter in 3 months thanks radio gawds and please share this story with the world so all of america can be outraged!

They are an outlet for entertainment and anyone who is going to get upset over someone else\'s point of view and allow such view to bias their own opinions is what is wrong with this country today. My husband and I are loyal 10%ers and thought you would find this as horrid as we have.
My son who is in First Grade and 6 years old came home from school today with a referral for not speaking and acting respectfully to adults at B.B. Rice Elementary. Now normally this would result in a grounding of something he cherishes more than the air her breathes his priceless video games. However after reading the referral we went to bed with no punishment.
Here is what was wrote:

Given the most common interpretation of Biblical prophecy, it’s no exaggeration to point out that nearly half the American population is eagerly awaiting or anticipating the End of the World. Some of this faith-based bunch feel certain that Jesus will return to earth within 50 years. Others certainly don’t "look-to-the-future" in any kind of positive manner – they think there’d be no incentive to build any kind of sustainable civilization for the future – and that possibly is because of the Christian ministers who have congregations (numbering in the tens-of-thousands!) who hope soon to be “Raptured” into the stratosphere by Jesus so they can safely watch over (from “above”) some spiritual genocide happening below, an Armageddon that will inaugurate the end of human history.
There are some Morally-Superior types who take delight and actually look forward to such a potential spectacle where they sit, above the fray, and watch God eliminate the rest of us? Not a very “Christian” type attitude…
There are, unfortunately, too many evangelical types who speak of their “love of Christ” - - but do so NOT out of adoration for the Savior, but out of a need for others to hold him in High Regard.

Ever wonder if Al is trying to get back at our country for having the election stolen from him?? He\'s sure doing his best to ruin it. Zooming around in his jet while wanting me to pay $10.00 a gallon for gas. I\'ll have my company fuel bills go up. Labor prices will go way up. People gotta get to work. Fuel is part of the cost of EVERYTHING from a loaf of bread to the shingles on your house.
I do Corp of Engineer work on the levees in New Orleans. We are in the process of bidding some major work. As you\'d expect, finding the MANY millions necessary to do the work is a problem even for the Corp. The next bids will take five years for one job and three for the others. Know how much diesel twenty dozers, ten excavators and fifty dumptrucks burn in a day?? How much do I have to figure for diesel five years from now??? Humgh Al? Might add that all bidding this work will be asking the same question. Don\'t do this kind of work for very long if you do not allow for the worst. Bids may go WAY over budget. Will they be able to fund this??

I just want to say yall are great!!! I joined the Army back in 1983. I have only had AFRTS radio for the last 20 somthing years. I have spent most of my time in Europe. It is so great to hear something different than \"RUSH LAME BALL\"!!! I\'m bugging my local radio station to get you hear, I\'m tired of having to set on top of the barn to get you in the morning.
It has been a real shock for me to come back to the U.S.A. after being away for 20 plus years. I my self feel that I haven\'t returned to the U.S.A. I walk around in my little city and see how it has changed (work force, the signs in Spanish in all the stores, HAVING TO PUSH ONE ON THE PHONE!!!)
While I was abroad I had to learn there language for the most part to get things done. I get along very well with other groups of people-- my wife is from Italy. I just can\'t understand why we have let the mexicans roll in and take over everything from the bottom up!!! Try most any place and you better speak there Language or have a trip book.
This idea of a wall on the boarder isn\'t going to work!!! Who do you think will build it??? The mexicans that we are trying to keep out!!! That thing would have so many secret doors it will be like a chunk of swiss cheese!!!
Sorry that I\'ve gone on so much but in the short time that I\'ve been home, I\'m pissed off.

My husband and I are smart 10%ers doing our part to put more “superior human beings” (as my father would say) on the planet – we have 4 smart children.
My father actually told be that is my duty to have as many as we could afford in order to combat the downfall of our society. He is 73 and worries constantly about the country he loves that is “going to hell in a handbasket” . I heard him say it before y’all- “we lost this country in the 60’s”.
What you might be interested to know is that my husband is a petroleum engineer and I am a physician and though you have bashed both our professions harshly on some days, we completely support what you are trying to say (we’re sure you know there are good and bad people in all fields).
We have been listening off and on, depending on where we lived, since the eighties. Thanks for telling it like it is, of course, in hysterical fashion! Here’s hoping

My husband is the talker in our marriage. He goes on and on about whatever is on his mind and I tune him out. I am the one who sits there staring at the TV mumbling uh huh...This is the 3rd marriage for both of us. In my 1st two marriages, I would beg whine scream for my then husband to talk to me, tell me he loved me, blah, blah, blah... Now, I am 40, old and cranky and dont care.. Democrat Keith Ellison is now officially the first Muslim United States congressman. True to his pledge, he placed his hand on the Quran, the Muslim book of jihad and pledged his allegiance to the United States during his ceremonial swearing -in.
Capitol Hill staff said Ellison's swearing-in photo opportunity drew more media than they had ever seen in the history of the U.S. House. Ellison represents the 5th Congressional District of Minnesota.
The Quran Ellison used was no ordinary book. It once belonged to Thomas Jefferson, third president of the United States and one of America's founding fathers. Ellison borrowed it from the Rare Book Section of the Library of Congress. It was one of the 6,500 Jefferson books archived in the library.
Ellison, who was born in Detroit and converted to Islam while in college, said he chose to use Jefferson's Quran because it showed that "a visionary like Jefferson" believed that wisdom could be gleaned from many sources.
There is no doubt Ellison was right about Jefferson believing wisdom could be "gleaned" from the Muslim Quran. At the time Jefferson owned the book, he needed to know everything possible about Muslims because he was about to advocate war against the Islamic "Barbary" states of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Tripoli.
Ellison's use of Jefferson's Quran as a prop illuminates a subject once well-known in the history of the United States, but, which today, is mostly forgotten - the Muslim pirate slavers who over many centuries enslaved millions of Africans and tens of thousands of Christian Europeans and Americans in the Islamic "Barbary" states. Over the course of 10 centuries, Muslim pirates cruised the African and Mediterranean coastline, pillaging villages and seizing slaves. The taking of slaves in pre-dawn raids on unsuspecting coastal villages had a high casualty rate. It was typical of Muslim raiders to kill off as many of the "non-Muslim" older men and women as possible so the preferred "booty" of only young women and children could be collected.
Young non-Muslim women were targeted because of their value as concubines in Islamic markets. Islamic law provides for the sexual interests of Muslim men by allowing them to take as many as four wives at one time and to have as many concubines as their fortunes allow.
Boys, as young as 9 or 10 years old, were often mutilated to create eunuchs who would bring higher prices in the slave markets of the Middle East. Muslim slave traders created "eunuch stations" along major African slave routes so the necessary surgery could be performed. It was estimated that only a small number of the boys subjected to the mutilation survived after the surgery.
When American colonists rebelled against British rule in 1776, American merchant ships lost Royal Navy protection. With no American Navy for protection, American ships were attacked and their Christian crews enslaved by Muslim pirates operating under the control
of the "Dey of Algiers"--an Islamist warlord ruling Algeria.
Because American commerce in the Mediterranean was being destroyed by the pirates, the Continental Congress agreed in 1784 to negotiate treaties with the four Barbary States. Congress appointed a special commission consisting of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin, to oversee the negotiations.
Lacking the ability to protect its merchant ships in the Mediterranean, the new America government tried to appease the Muslim slavers by agreeing to pay tribute and ransoms in order to retrieve seized American ships and buy the freedom of enslaved sailors.
Adams argued in favor of paying tribute as the cheapest way to get American commerce in the Mediterranean moving again. Jefferson was opposed. He believed there would be no end to the demands for tribute and wanted matters settled "through the medium of war." He proposed a league of trading nations to force an end to Muslim piracy.
In 1786, Jefferson, then the American ambassador to France, and Adams, then the American ambassador to Britain, met in London with Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja, the "Dey of Algiers" ambassador to Britain.
The Americans wanted to negotiate a peace treaty based on Congress' vote to appease. During the meeting Jefferson and Adams asked the Dey's ambassador why Muslims held so much hostility towards America, a nation with which they had no previous contacts.
In a later meeting with the American Congress, the two future presidents reported that Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja had answered that Islam "was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Quran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman (Muslim) who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise."
For the following 15 years, the American government paid the Muslims millions of dollars for the safe passage of American ships or the return of American hostages. The payments in ransom and tribute amounted to 20 percent of United States government annual revenues in 1800.
Not long after Jefferson's inauguration as president in 1801, he dispatched a group of frigates to defend American interests in the Mediterranean, and informed Congress. Declaring that America was going to spend "millions for defense but not one cent for tribute," Jefferson pressed the issue by deploying American Marines and many of America's best warships to the Muslim Barbary Coast. The USS Constitution, USS Constellation, USS Philadelphia, USS Chesapeake, USS Argus, USS Syren and USS Intrepid all saw action.
In 1805, American Marines marched across the dessert from Egypt into Tripolitania, forcing the surrender of Tripoli and the freeing of all American slaves. During the Jefferson administration, the Muslim Barbary States, crumbling as a result of intense American naval bombardment and on shore raids by Marines, finally officially agreed to abandon slavery and piracy.
Jefferson's victory over the Muslims lives on today in the Marine Hymn, with the line, "From the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli, we will fight our country's battles on the land as on the sea."
It wasn't until 1815 that the problem was fully settled by the total defeat of all the Muslim slave trading pirates.
Jefferson had been right. The "medium of war" was the only way to put and end to the Muslim problem. Mr. Ellison was right about Jefferson. He was a "visionary" wise enough to read and learn about the enemy from their own Muslim book of jihad.

As I listen to the news, especially your commentaries on how Americans are being taught to be ashamed of our country, our flag and I history I wonder what would happen is somehow to go back in history and bringing our founding fathers back to our time. I've given some thought to this and come to the following conclusions.
They would look at the way their dream of democracy with equal rights for all has turned into a nightmare that they could never have anticipated. If they did not drop dead from either heart attacks or strokes, I believe they do one of two things.
One. They would stay in this time an attempt to bring about a second revolution, an attempt to remind Americans that they should not be ashamed of their country or their flag. That the America they fought, and that many died for was not dead, and only on life support until those that still have pride of their country and flag would rise up and take back their land and their freedoms.
Two. They would immediately demand that they were returned to their time where they would send messengers to the British Generals offering their unconditional surrender, and consider democracy a really bad idea that would only be destroyed by a fools in the future that had no concept of their sacrifices so that's the generations that came after them would take for granted and give away the first chance they had.
It's sad to say, however, I believe they would do the ladder as their short time spent in our short moment in history would convince them that no matter how hard they fought, or planned for the future they would always be fools that would pervert America to suit their own twisted dreams of what our country should be, and the easiest way to lie in their pockets the gold and silver.
That even today Judas is among us and instead of selling Jesus for silver their selling our country for dollar bills. As with that trader in history, they too one-day will pay for their sense. I only hope I'm still here to see.

I got hurt and ended up in a wheelchair when I was 25. I'm 31 now and recently moved into an assisted living facility. I've been trying to be a good 10%'er, in the four or so months I've lived here I've converted about half the staff and 2 of my home health nurses that come and go. American Dreams
The following is a true story---I swear!
Yesterday morning I listened to your radio show and discussion about illegal immigrants. Last night I went to sleep and had a dream that I went to the office to work and instead of my usual secretary, Tina, there was a young Hispanic female immigrant in her place. About the time that I was wondering who she was and how she got there through the front door came her entire extended family, all demanding that I treat her better. I told them that I paid her decently, and gave her benefits such as giving her time off with pay to have her babies; what more did they want? Through the front door next came many of her friends, all demanding that I treat her better. By now our office is getting pretty crowded, I am outnumbered by hostile Hispanics and I am getting nervous. I answered that I also gave her time off with pay to take her children to school and to attend to school matters, what more did they want? Next through the door came what appeared to be the entire Catholic church, with many choir boys and priests to even a bishop, all clothed in garments colored red, white and green, and all demanding that I treat her better. At that point I turned to them and yelled "If she doesn't like how she is being treated, she can go back home!"
Can you tell me the meaning of this? No, I don't do drugs and stuff this strange you can't make up.

And you know they have people give the husbands winnings in gambling to the church all the time and then the mafia money too and it is never reported and no one knows where they spend it. Your program is quite possibly the most irreverent, outrageous, and un-politically correct program in the history of radio.... and I absolutley love it! The program brings attention to most of the stupidity running rampant in our world, especially in politics. Please don\'t change a thing. Since I am a middle school teacher, the only time of year I have the opportunity to listen to an entire program is between June and mid-August, but I do listen faithfully. In fact, the only time my radio is ever turned on is when your program is on the air. Thanks for the laughter, guys and thanks for starting my day with a smile.

A core failure of the Bush-Kennedy-McCain bill is that it makes
the problem bigger than it needs to be. By trying to force a
single solution in one bill, it makes the system even more
unworkable and more likely to fail. By accepting the
government\'s failure to keep its word for the last 21 years
(since the passage of Simpson-Mazzoli in 1986), the
Bush-Kennedy-McCain plan both increases the number of people who
will be legalized despite their illegal behavior and sends a
signal to others to come to America illegally in the expectation
that there will inevitably be a third wave of amnesty as we \"bow
to reality\" (in Secretary Chertoff\'s phrase) once again about
2017.
Before you believe any of the promises to keep the government\'s
word THIS TIME see the eerily parallel quotes from the 1986
debate.
There is a dramatically better and simpler alternative. It will
lead to fewer people being in America illegally. It will lead to
a nation confident that its laws will be enforced. It will signal
the world that you can come to America legally but you will not
be able to come illegally. It will signal to every American
that their uniquely American civilization will be renewed and
strengthened.
This approach is far better than the Bush-Kennedy-McCain bill.
Ten Simple, Direct Steps to a Legal American Immigration System
1. Keep the 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli commitment and control the
border. In The Reagan Diaries (HarperCollins, May 22, 2007),
President Ronald Reagan wrote that he was going to sign the
Simpson-Mazzoli bill because \"it\'s high time we regained control
of our borders and [this] bill will do this.\" For national
security reasons, it is vital we regain control of our border.
Congress should pass a narrowly written emergency border bill to
finish the necessary fence in less than a year and to have
complete border control within two years.
2. Announce an immediate shift of Internal Revenue Service
resources to audit companies that are deliberately hiring people
illegally. We do not have to focus on deporting those who want to
work. We need to focus on the Americans who are getting richer by
deliberately breaking our laws, hiring people illegally and
failing to pay taxes. These people are cheating their own
country. We should focus on fining and making it economically
impractical for Americans to deliberately encourage law
breaking. Economic penalties for knowingly hiring someone who
is illegal should rise dramatically with each employer
(including subcontractors) conviction, making it simply too
expensive to cheat. This will eliminate the magnet of illegal
jobs, will begin to diminish the flow of new illegal workers and
will lead some illegal workers to return home voluntarily.
3. Outsource to American Express, Visa or MasterCard the job of
building a real-time verification system so that honest
companies can confirm the legal status of all workers and
identify people with forged papers before they hire them as fast
as your automatic teller machine identifies you and gives you
money in a matter of seconds. We must distinguish between
companies that deliberately hire illegal workers and companies
that hire people who they believe are legal. It is the
government\'s duty to help this second group of companies by
providing a real-time verification system for identifying the
legal status of all workers so that it is possible to screen out
those with illegal documents. The government should outsource the
creation of this system so that it is easy, fast and accurate.
4. Focus deportation efforts on criminals. Those who claim that
opponents of the Bush-Kennedy-McCain bill support mass
deportations are simply wrong. We want a system in which honest
work is available for law-abiding workers and in which the
natural attrition of declining job availability will reduce
illegal behavior. However, there is one group that should be
deported immediately, and the law should be modified to make it
easy to do so. Criminals have no future in America. In every
major city and increasingly in small cities and even small
towns, gangs have become a problem and people feel a rising
sense of insecurity. There are at least 30,000 illegal gang
members now in the United States. The system should focus on
deporting criminals so that people who are here illegally
understand that breaking the law will get them deported
immediately.
5. Cut off all federal aid to any city, county or state that
refuses to investigate if a criminal is here illegally. These
so-called \"sanctuary cities\" are in effect abetting the
violation of American law and increasing the risk to honest,
law-abiding Americans. They should be cut off from all federal
aid if they refuse to help enforce federal law.
6. Offer intensive education in English to anyone who wants to
learn English, and make English the official language of
government. This will begin to reassert the commitment to
assimilation and Americanization that has historically been part
of legal immigration to America.
7. Ensure that becoming an American citizen requires passing a
test on American history in English and giving up the right to
vote in any other country.
8. Within the context of these proven changes, establish an
economically driven temporary worker program like the Krieble
Foundation proposals. Any temporary worker would have to pass a
background check to ensure they are not a criminal, would have
to give biometric information (retinal scan and thumbprint) for
a special card that would be outsourced to American Express,
MasterCard or Visa so it would be harder to defraud and
counterfeit, and would have to sign a contract committing them
to pay taxes and obey the law or be removed from the United
States within two weeks without recourse to long court
processes.
9. Create a special open-ended worker visa for high value
workers who bring specialized education, entrepreneurial talent
or capital that will grow the American economy and make America
a more prosperous country.
10. Workers who came here illegally but have a good work
relationship and community ties (including family), should have
first opportunity to get the new temporary worker visas, but
instead of paying penalties, they should be required to go home
and get the visa at home. This way they are beginning their new
career in America by obeying the law. It is amazing that those
who advocate a large fine and the new Z visa, which would be
administered in a hopelessly expedited manner, suggest that
going home to get a new legal admission to the U.S. is somehow
too complicated. If people can break the law by entering the
county illegally, they should be able to obey the law and enter
America legally.
These 10 steps would lead to a controlled border, a profound
revitalization of the core values of American civilization, a
renewed respect for the law and an economically driven system of
legal temporary workers in an orderly and controllable manner.
This program would work vastly better than the dishonest and
hopelessly complex Bush-Kennedy-McCain proposal now being pushed
so hard by the establishment against the wishes of most
Americans.
Why the Bush-Kennedy-McCain Immigration Bill Is Worse Then You
Think
And make no mistake about it: the Bush-McCain-Kennedy
immigration bill has to be stopped, once and for all. It was
bad to begin with, and the Senate isn\'t making it any better.
And it\'s not like they haven\'t had the opportunities. Consider
these votes:
1. An amendment offered by Republican Sen. Norm Coleman of
Minnesota would have closed the gaping hole in our national
security created by so-called \"sanctuary cities\" -- cities in
which city policy forbids police from even inquiring about the
immigration status of people they arrest. DEFEATED.
2. An amendment offered by Republican Sen. John Cornyn of Texas
would have denied legal status under the bill to gang members.
DEFEATED.
3. An amendment offered by Republican Sen. Tom Coburn of
Oklahoma would have required congressionally approved
certification that concrete border security and internal law
enforcement measures have taken place before the amnesty and
guest-worker provisions of the bill are implemented. DEFEATED.
