T-Boone may have some great suggestions and I believe in most of what he is trying to do. But, you still need to watch what he says and does because if you check into it, he is neck deep in the wind turbine and power industry. They are about to crank up the largest wind power plant in the world in West Texas. I think that\'s a great thing but old T-Boone is not doing this totally out of the goodness of his heart. Also, in the short term, we can drill our way out of this problem. But that is no longer in T-Boone\'s best financial interest !!!

- W&J Inform The Masses Hi guys! If 90% of America's businesses are small businesses, then maybe the owners of the small businesses could tell their employees that, although they CAN'T tell them HOW to vote, they just want to inform them that if they vote for Obama, the chances that the business will fail and they will lose their jobs will increase significantly. If all business owners did that, and all employees of all small businesses voted in the best interest of their jobs, then things SHOULD work out ok (?)

- W&J Two Brothers Chime In Dear Walton and Johnson:
After reading Mr. Tobin\'s article in the chronicle on Sunday, in which he inaccurately painted you guys as xenophobic, my brother and I felt the need to respond. We sent him the following emails....
Dear David,
Your article and accusations of Savage, Limbaugh, & Walton & Johnson acting as demaoguges reek of hypocrisy. In deed, Joseph McCarthy would be proud of your masterful manipulation of the facts. First of all, Michael Savage played the Dead Kennedys song to demonstrate how its lyrics are still a powerful commentary on today\'s society among other points that had nothing to do with Ted Kennedy\'s brain tumor. Your article also failed to mentioned that Savage offered his condolences and repeatedly commented that Kennedy\'s condition was not a joking manner. Second, Walton and Johnson used factual data to back their opinion that \"illegal immigration\" is a detriment to our society. You write that Walton and Johnson are attacking \"immigrants.\" If you actually did take the time to be an avid listener, you would constantly hear Walton and Johnson remark on how they welcome \"legal\" immigration. Their beef is with the non-taxpaying illegal immigrant. But what does a demagogue do with an empty argument? He brands his
opposition as xenophobic racists. You are right about one thing; it does feel good to quit buying from a news outlet\'s advertisers, as I have done with the Chronicle\'s.
--Ryan English
Dear David,
Before you write another article whining about conservative talk radio, you should take the time to put your left wing bias aside and listen to what is actually being discussed. Like most liberals you\'re probably frustrated by the success and growing popularity of talk radio and the dismal failure of the Left\'s attempts to counter it via Air America and the \"Fairness Doctrine.\"
Walton & Johnson, also immensely popular across the nation, do not rail against immigrants but rather highlight the many negative effects that ILLEGAL immigration has on our communities and the federal government\'s unwillingness to address the issue. You attribute this to racism and hate, but this is simply a tiresome, baseless counterargument that you use to compensate for a lack of facts and logic to back up your claims.
Rush Limbaugh states that the modern civil rights movement and its \"leadership\" has destroyed the black community and he is correct. In the 1950\'s, the average black family had a mother and father and the black community did not have rampant crime, illegitimate births, and unemployment. Then white Liberals came along and enslaved blacks on the teat of a Nanny government and we can all see how well that\'s worked out (see New Orleans). Of course people like you will continue insisting that blacks blame this deterioration on racism and play the victim role.
There is no \"bullying\" going on in talk radio. Apparently you\'re simply too intolerant to accept an opposing viewpoint. MANY Americans turn to this forum because they cannot find such balance in our mainstream media. When given a choice, MANY Americans reject the left-leaning slant provided by the major networks and newspapers (see Houston Chronicle). This might explain why such networks and newspapers lose more and more viewers/readers each year while Fox and talk radio continue to prosper and expand.

Hell yeah !
- Walton attn Chronicle and hate piece Hey Radio Gawds- below is a copy of the email I sent to the poor misguided and confused Rice univ. professor. The B.S. you guys have to put up with. Has the entire country forgotten the rights we fought so hard to get?
With regards to your comments relating to the Walton and Johnson\'s morning program:
Walton and Johnson state only facts and clearly express statements of opinion. Why don\'t you listen for more than five minutes and use your own brain to form opinions on matters being discussed, can you still do that? You know listen to various forms of information from media and combine them with your own thoughts, values, and morals to form your own opinion. They are an outlet for entertainment and anyone who is going to get upset over someone else\'s point of view and allow such view to bias their own opinions is what is wrong with this country today. Good day poor professor who allows the media and such propaganda to rule his life and his opinions.
Sincerely,

- Billy Ed more on Chronicle and Tobin Mr. Tobin,
It seems that you have a problem with the conservatives of this country speaking out through the only medium that is left for us to use. There is no hate speach in the Walton & Johnson show. They do not preach hate towards others for race, religion, gender or sexual orientation. They do speak out against those whose actions are not in the best interest of this nation. They have no problem with immigrants. They do have a problem with illegal immigration. Illegal being the key word. Radical fundamentalists also receive no respect due to the nature of their actions. You are obviously a liberal who finds it impossible to believe that so many people would agree with conservative views. Conservatives are here to stay. TV and print publications have turned completely liberal and offer no true reporting any more. Biased news casting and editorials is what you get from them. I for one support Walton & Johnson. I hope their advertisers stick with them and considder your oppinion as it should be considdered.....Just a bunch of hot air. Wolverines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- W&J Global Pussification Warning My husband and I are loyal 10%ers and thought you would find this as horrid as we have.
My son who is in First Grade and 6 years old came home from school today with a referral for not speaking and acting respectfully to adults at B.B. Rice Elementary. Now normally this would result in a grounding of something he cherishes more than the air her breathes his priceless video games. However after reading the referral we went to bed with no punishment.
Here is what was wrote:
\" Tommy asked \"what\'s that\" While pointing to my shirt. I looked down and he thumped me hard in the nose. I sat him out during P.E. The force of this thump was such that if this were a Jr/Sr high student then I would press charges.\"
Now I ask you who hasn\'t heard of this joke? Who\'s grandpa hasn\'t gotten the biggest kick out of tricking their gullible grand kids? Which kids hasn\'t hoped for the day that he could sucker an adult into looking down???? Well my child finally had his day of joy and look what happen to him! This is ridiculous! What is Mr.Darrell Ross Substitute for Mrs. Stoud\'s, issue here. Is he embarrassed that he fell for it? Or is he so much of a pansy that he had to tell on a 6 year old because he thumped him in the nose? What\'s next referrals for fowl odor being released for the pull my finger joke? Or will PETA say its to dangerous for the chicken to cross the road? When is enough enough? When do we start teaching our young impressionable boys how to be men and not wimps? - W&J Horse Sexy Gentlemen,
We, as a country, teetered on the edge of revolution this morning due a slip of the tongue on your part. In a conversation about Sarah Jessica Parker and Ann Coulter, you described Ms. Coulter as a \"wolverine face\" in a lazy fashion. Now, I\'ve been waiting for the code word for quite some time and damn near jumped the gun on this one. While I may be a one-man wrecking crew, I whole heartedly doubt that I could have taken more than six, maybe seven states before succumbing to the military. The cause would have lost a powerful asset had I not realized by the lack of reaction on my fellow commuters\' part that this was in fact not the day we\'ve been preparing for. It would be wise to make alert other listeners out there who may have perceived this as go-time to stand down and wait. So, gentlemen, I beg of you to take caution in your vocabulary, else we lose valuable men before the time comes.

- Mr. Eaux The Rapture Ruptured Given the most common interpretation of Biblical prophecy, it’s no exaggeration to point out that nearly half the American population is eagerly awaiting or anticipating the End of the World. Some of this faith-based bunch feel certain that Jesus will return to earth within 50 years. Others certainly don’t "look-to-the-future" in any kind of positive manner – they think there’d be no incentive to build any kind of sustainable civilization for the future – and that possibly is because of the Christian ministers who have congregations (numbering in the tens-of-thousands!) who hope soon to be “Raptured” into the stratosphere by Jesus so they can safely watch over (from “above”) some spiritual genocide happening below, an Armageddon that will inaugurate the end of human history.
There are some Morally-Superior types who take delight and actually look forward to such a potential spectacle where they sit, above the fray, and watch God eliminate the rest of us? Not a very “Christian” type attitude…
There are, unfortunately, too many evangelical types who speak of their “love of Christ” - - but do so NOT out of adoration for the Savior, but out of a need for others to hold him in High Regard.
Have a good one guys....Jack F

- Mr. Kenneth Of Al Gore and Levies Ever wonder if Al is trying to get back at our country for having the election stolen from him?? He\'s sure doing his best to ruin it. Zooming around in his jet while wanting me to pay $10.00 a gallon for gas. I\'ll have my company fuel bills go up. Labor prices will go way up. People gotta get to work. Fuel is part of the cost of EVERYTHING from a loaf of bread to the shingles on your house.
I do Corp of Engineer work on the levees in New Orleans. We are in the process of bidding some major work. As you\'d expect, finding the MANY millions necessary to do the work is a problem even for the Corp. The next bids will take five years for one job and three for the others. Know how much diesel twenty dozers, ten excavators and fifty dumptrucks burn in a day?? How much do I have to figure for diesel five years from now??? Humgh Al? Might add that all bidding this work will be asking the same question. Don\'t do this kind of work for very long if you do not allow for the worst. Bids may go WAY over budget. Will they be able to fund this??
Thanks, Al. George
Don't worry...we just increase your taxes. ...and as Obama says..you can just hope for some change

- Billy Ed Welcome Home I just want to say yall are great!!! I joined the Army back in 1983. I have only had AFRTS radio for the last 20 somthing years. I have spent most of my time in Europe. It is so great to hear something different than \"RUSH LAME BALL\"!!! I\'m bugging my local radio station to get you hear, I\'m tired of having to set on top of the barn to get you in the morning.
It has been a real shock for me to come back to the U.S.A. after being away for 20 plus years. I my self feel that I haven\'t returned to the U.S.A. I walk around in my little city and see how it has changed (work force, the signs in Spanish in all the stores, HAVING TO PUSH ONE ON THE PHONE!!!)
While I was abroad I had to learn there language for the most part to get things done. I get along very well with other groups of people-- my wife is from Italy. I just can\'t understand why we have let the mexicans roll in and take over everything from the bottom up!!! Try most any place and you better speak there Language or have a trip book.
This idea of a wall on the boarder isn\'t going to work!!! Who do you think will build it??? The mexicans that we are trying to keep out!!! That thing would have so many secret doors it will be like a chunk of swiss cheese!!!
Sorry that I\'ve gone on so much but in the short time that I\'ve been home, I\'m pissed off.

I have always been put through to you guys, I have had to sit on hold for as little as 2 minutes or as long as 30, but I have always been put through.

- Billy Ed Founding Fathers and Koran Democrat Keith Ellison is now officially the first Muslim United States congressman. True to his pledge, he placed his hand on the Quran, the Muslim book of jihad and pledged his allegiance to the United States during his ceremonial swearing -in.
Capitol Hill staff said Ellison's swearing-in photo opportunity drew more media than they had ever seen in the history of the U.S. House. Ellison represents the 5th Congressional District of Minnesota.
The Quran Ellison used was no ordinary book. It once belonged to Thomas Jefferson, third president of the United States and one of America's founding fathers. Ellison borrowed it from the Rare Book Section of the Library of Congress. It was one of the 6,500 Jefferson books archived in the library.
Ellison, who was born in Detroit and converted to Islam while in college, said he chose to use Jefferson's Quran because it showed that "a visionary like Jefferson" believed that wisdom could be gleaned from many sources.
There is no doubt Ellison was right about Jefferson believing wisdom could be "gleaned" from the Muslim Quran. At the time Jefferson owned the book, he needed to know everything possible about Muslims because he was about to advocate war against the Islamic "Barbary" states of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Tripoli.
Ellison's use of Jefferson's Quran as a prop illuminates a subject once well-known in the history of the United States, but, which today, is mostly forgotten - the Muslim pirate slavers who over many centuries enslaved millions of Africans and tens of thousands of Christian Europeans and Americans in the Islamic "Barbary" states. Over the course of 10 centuries, Muslim pirates cruised the African and Mediterranean coastline, pillaging villages and seizing slaves. The taking of slaves in pre-dawn raids on unsuspecting coastal villages had a high casualty rate. It was typical of Muslim raiders to kill off as many of the "non-Muslim" older men and women as possible so the preferred "booty" of only young women and children could be collected.
Young non-Muslim women were targeted because of their value as concubines in Islamic markets. Islamic law provides for the sexual interests of Muslim men by allowing them to take as many as four wives at one time and to have as many concubines as their fortunes allow.
Boys, as young as 9 or 10 years old, were often mutilated to create eunuchs who would bring higher prices in the slave markets of the Middle East. Muslim slave traders created "eunuch stations" along major African slave routes so the necessary surgery could be performed. It was estimated that only a small number of the boys subjected to the mutilation survived after the surgery.
When American colonists rebelled against British rule in 1776, American merchant ships lost Royal Navy protection. With no American Navy for protection, American ships were attacked and their Christian crews enslaved by Muslim pirates operating under the control
of the "Dey of Algiers"--an Islamist warlord ruling Algeria.
Because American commerce in the Mediterranean was being destroyed by the pirates, the Continental Congress agreed in 1784 to negotiate treaties with the four Barbary States. Congress appointed a special commission consisting of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin, to oversee the negotiations.
Lacking the ability to protect its merchant ships in the Mediterranean, the new America government tried to appease the Muslim slavers by agreeing to pay tribute and ransoms in order to retrieve seized American ships and buy the freedom of enslaved sailors.
Adams argued in favor of paying tribute as the cheapest way to get American commerce in the Mediterranean moving again. Jefferson was opposed. He believed there would be no end to the demands for tribute and wanted matters settled "through the medium of war." He proposed a league of trading nations to force an end to Muslim piracy.
In 1786, Jefferson, then the American ambassador to France, and Adams, then the American ambassador to Britain, met in London with Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja, the "Dey of Algiers" ambassador to Britain.
The Americans wanted to negotiate a peace treaty based on Congress' vote to appease. During the meeting Jefferson and Adams asked the Dey's ambassador why Muslims held so much hostility towards America, a nation with which they had no previous contacts.
In a later meeting with the American Congress, the two future presidents reported that Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja had answered that Islam "was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Quran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman (Muslim) who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise."
For the following 15 years, the American government paid the Muslims millions of dollars for the safe passage of American ships or the return of American hostages. The payments in ransom and tribute amounted to 20 percent of United States government annual revenues in 1800.
Not long after Jefferson's inauguration as president in 1801, he dispatched a group of frigates to defend American interests in the Mediterranean, and informed Congress. Declaring that America was going to spend "millions for defense but not one cent for tribute," Jefferson pressed the issue by deploying American Marines and many of America's best warships to the Muslim Barbary Coast. The USS Constitution, USS Constellation, USS Philadelphia, USS Chesapeake, USS Argus, USS Syren and USS Intrepid all saw action.
In 1805, American Marines marched across the dessert from Egypt into Tripolitania, forcing the surrender of Tripoli and the freeing of all American slaves. During the Jefferson administration, the Muslim Barbary States, crumbling as a result of intense American naval bombardment and on shore raids by Marines, finally officially agreed to abandon slavery and piracy.
Jefferson's victory over the Muslims lives on today in the Marine Hymn, with the line, "From the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli, we will fight our country's battles on the land as on the sea."
It wasn't until 1815 that the problem was fully settled by the total defeat of all the Muslim slave trading pirates.
Jefferson had been right. The "medium of war" was the only way to put and end to the Muslim problem. Mr. Ellison was right about Jefferson. He was a "visionary" wise enough to read and learn about the enemy from their own Muslim book of jihad.

- W&J John Adams sparks thought As I listen to the news, especially your commentaries on how Americans are being taught to be ashamed of our country, our flag and I history I wonder what would happen is somehow to go back in history and bringing our founding fathers back to our time. I've given some thought to this and come to the following conclusions.
They would look at the way their dream of democracy with equal rights for all has turned into a nightmare that they could never have anticipated. If they did not drop dead from either heart attacks or strokes, I believe they do one of two things.
One. They would stay in this time an attempt to bring about a second revolution, an attempt to remind Americans that they should not be ashamed of their country or their flag. That the America they fought, and that many died for was not dead, and only on life support until those that still have pride of their country and flag would rise up and take back their land and their freedoms.
Two. They would immediately demand that they were returned to their time where they would send messengers to the British Generals offering their unconditional surrender, and consider democracy a really bad idea that would only be destroyed by a fools in the future that had no concept of their sacrifices so that's the generations that came after them would take for granted and give away the first chance they had.
It's sad to say, however, I believe they would do the ladder as their short time spent in our short moment in history would convince them that no matter how hard they fought, or planned for the future they would always be fools that would pervert America to suit their own twisted dreams of what our country should be, and the easiest way to lie in their pockets the gold and silver.
That even today Judas is among us and instead of selling Jesus for silver their selling our country for dollar bills. As with that trader in history, they too one-day will pay for their sense. I only hope I'm still here to see.
Sincerely,
Karen

- W&J American Dreams The following is a true story---I swear!
Yesterday morning I listened to your radio show and discussion about illegal immigrants. Last night I went to sleep and had a dream that I went to the office to work and instead of my usual secretary, Tina, there was a young Hispanic female immigrant in her place. About the time that I was wondering who she was and how she got there through the front door came her entire extended family, all demanding that I treat her better. I told them that I paid her decently, and gave her benefits such as giving her time off with pay to have her babies; what more did they want? Through the front door next came many of her friends, all demanding that I treat her better. By now our office is getting pretty crowded, I am outnumbered by hostile Hispanics and I am getting nervous. I answered that I also gave her time off with pay to take her children to school and to attend to school matters, what more did they want? Next through the door came what appeared to be the entire Catholic church, with many choir boys and priests to even a bishop, all clothed in garments colored red, white and green, and all demanding that I treat her better. At that point I turned to them and yelled "If she doesn't like how she is being treated, she can go back home!"
Can you tell me the meaning of this? No, I don't do drugs and stuff this strange you can't make up.
Best regards,
Michael A

- W&J And Speaking of..... I know that the hooker things says that the guy can\'t display so many qualities that makes for a real leader that my head would spin to relate them all and then the psychology on all of it- but it is hypocritical to go after him so the Democrats can win the morals debate. It goes a lot further than I really believe Juanita was angry and depressed when she was crying when she said how Bubba (spelling?) tried to rape and kill her on both sides. What would Jesus do when the chick wouldn\'t do him? Oh yeah like he\'d really try to rape and kill her while calling her the F****** Bi**** words. Stand by your man. What I wanted to say was I took a tour of the Capitol building- when unfortunately I missed all the fun because they were out of session. Our very covervative intelligent babe- the Politicians like all the different types of young babes like they take to the virgin village in Washington where there is 7 chicks for every guy while Houston is the worst city in America for White males dating and the rich guys here I know had to whine in a big way about how unfair life was for them before getting moved to Newport or other places or move into the right families to get married and take who they got. Anyway there the deal is not to just have sex but to get the virgin because that is considered teh most pleasurable and the innocence is a real turn on. But our guide was telling us how when they finish session they are getting the back rubs from the hookers in the hallway and wheeling and dealing hours/rates for sex in front of everyone and you can get set up for sex before getting a full Gourmet meal in the cafeteria at cafeteria prices, argue about issues with your representitive- maybe legalizing hookers so the rates are lower is your deal, and then buy something at the giftshop while waiting your turn. And this gets no press at all- amazing- it shows this is all politics just like Hillary challenging the ego of the press with her lies is why they are now supported Obama over her. By the way the best article on Wright which goes through important History and conditions for Blacks around the world stats of Black behavior in America is on the Trumpet.com and called teh Audacity of Hate- he wooshes the black arguments with the kind of facts and history that makes the other side just look bad and while Socio-economic is very real so is that side of it too. Great article sort of the gay man poking the eye and doing it so he looks more mature and like he knows his stuff and is intelligent. Must read. I guess your black man i forget his name has a lot to say against the article and he probably praises that crap from Alice Walker but you know what can I say about your Brother- I\'m sure Mr. Edwards will set him straight. By the way can I arrange for my Priest to meet Mr. Edwards so he won\'t have to go to the Starbucks on Montrose which our singer told me is the place where all the cheapest fags go to get picked up. Then he goes off with his \"friends\" to
the resort at Costa Rica and other places and maybe Mr. Edwards can be part of the trips- they cried real good at my church when they want the 10+ million house for themselves and the trips and stuff and the old women stand-up and applaude and give them lots of money They are real sharks and if Mr. Edwards just Asssked maybe he\'d get to go traveling with the boys- my mother says the younger one has no chin and is spastic but I think he looks good and people in the parish gravitate towards him and he is always introducing me to new guys he is with before blowing me off like he is better than me. Although the bigger peacock sure did blow him away.
And left him blowing air and stuff. Man Mr.Edwards should consider the Priesthood- the gay ones get to live real good like they are rich and without having to pay for most things and our head guy makes gourmet meals for them in the mansion- he loves to cook. Then they get all those candles the gay men love and to hear all the juicy tabloid stuff at confession, and play like they are Jesus the greatest role and get to be celebrities and get all the attention and get to do that steam thing and wear the real over the top clothes with all the buttons and stuff and they get to do the supernatural stuff the gay men love with the holy bones and so on and if he goes to ETWN they have a home shopping program and he can go real camp while selling the chocolate Jesus and Neon figures and stuff like they do on the channel now that they pushed Mother Angelica off the air except for doing the rosary. Man it kicks assssss. And you know they have people give the husbands winnings in gambling to the church all the time and then the mafia money too and it is never reported and no one knows where they spend it. And if you are the Bishop man you get a cut of everything, it\'s the greatest scam of all time- if I was gay and like that I\'d do it but they can tell by the way you walk and act if you aren\'t and then man you don\'t want to be the straight ones because man they are isolated and left in despair crying that they will never gain intimacy and why God has so forsaken them and they just want to be loved or you cry about all of that like Pope John Paul II and then say you are going to get more love from the people than any other Pope ever to make up for not being married and the gays in the Vatican didn\'t like that so they dropped him for Benedict who is actually real cool and even criticized the hypocrisy of the gays in the church but they shut him up on that one- they should be open if they are that way like Mr. Edwards and be proud and then we would love them more and not think they are so creepy.

- Johnson Don't Hang Up I found a little time on my hands and thought I would delve into the famous W&J website. I\'m impressed. I am a native Texan, former United States Marine(Vietnam), college educated, President/CEO of an international industrial engineering and construction firm. Enough about me but this defines that you are reading a real mans email. I love your show and do not miss it!!! Keep up the excellent work as you guys are one of nly two show that truly tell it like it is. Michael Savage is the other but not as interesting as your show. We come from similar backgrounds and it shows. I read with interest your sad comment about the future broadcasters and it occurred to me that you are correct. I wouldn\'t expect for the network fags to clone your show as you guys are real men with no appoliges given, (I just drank to that), but it will be a sad day when you guys hang it up. For your bosses information I buy absolutely everything that is marketed on your show just because you guys told me about it and it has to be the best value for the dollar. If I could advertise there I would! Best of luck and maybe I\'ll run into you guys one day and buy you a beer.

- Walton Great Liberator Guys, you were speaking briefly this am about slavery in the South vs the North in the pre civil war era. Here\'s some info you may or may not be aware of.
The \"Great Emancipator\" Abraham Lincoln, the man who \"Freed the Slaves\", was quoted numerous times as saying \" I dont care about slavery, If I could keep slavery and preserve the Union, I would.\" Ole Abe was never against slavery. He wanted the country to be re-united. Also, the \"Emacipation Proclamation\", you know the act that freed the slaves, did free some slaves, BUT ONLY in SOUTHERN states STILL in rebellion. ALL slaves in the NORTHERN states were still slaves. ALL states in captured/controlled/occupied Southern states were STILL slaves. Only slaves in Southern states still in \"rebellion\" were freed per the proclamation. This was done NOT for the slaves, but only to fuel the fear of the Confederate Government, civilian and military that those same \"freed\" slaves might rise up and riot. Thus possibly pulling Confederate troops back from the front lines, to ensure the safety of those civilians. Yes they were freed later, but not as part of the plan of the original proclamation.
Personally, I think slavery is abhorrent, and im-moral.And, as you mentioned, MOST people then knew and felt slavery was wrong and it was proven un-economical. The was was NEVER fought to end slavery. That was propaganda after the fact. It was a wonderful sounding cause. The war was about economics, and Lincolns favortism towards the railroads partially owned by his rich friends and political associates.
I read all of this in a book called \"The Real Abraham Lincoln\". Quite a read. If details all the things I just mentioned, gives references for all the statements, and list other things that Lincoln did during the war, such as suspend the constitution, the writ of habeus corpus and others....
Signed,
A \"Non Kool-Aid\" drinking Proud American.
- W&J Our Taxes to Hyper Kids Sorry I'm a day late on this one but I was DWL (driving while
listening) yesterday. The discussion about government payments for children
diagnosed with A.D.D. reminded me of a jaw-dropping piece I saw on TV a
while back - about 10 years ago, I think. It was on one of the
magazine-type shows ("20-20"; "Dateline", etc.). I know for sure it was not "60
Minutes" & I'm pretty sure it was on ABC but cannot remember the exact
show. The (male) reporter went down to a rural, lower socio-economic
area of Arkansas which had a significantly high rate of children
diagnosed as A.D.D. What the reporter was investigating was the local
reference to "crazy disease" and rumors that many children had been
instructed/coached to act crazy when they were seen by the doctor.
If I live to be a hundred, I shall never forget a particular woman
who had to have weighed 350 lbs. and lived with her six children in a
trailer. ALL six children had been diagnosed with A.D.D. The reporter
knew she was receiving monthly payments and asked her how much she
received in total for her children. She replied "You know, I's not sure...
I's never really added it up". The reporter later said she was most
likely receiving $3,600 per month in A.D.D. payments alone ($600 per
child), not even including welfare, food stamps, housing subsidy or any
other government programs she might have been receiving.
I was in a state of shock watching the program and, all these years
later, still find it hard to believe. The piece is permanently etched
in my memory.
I wish there was a way to write to both of you at the same time. I
honestly do not know which voice belongs to which person but that does
not impair my enjoyment of your show.

Hi Guys!
I have been listening to you for years. Since you switched to the AM station (in the Houston market only I hear) however I have not been listening as much as I should! I have found that I owe you a deep apology for that! I was listening to a channel on the FM side that after a few days I realized they play the same 10 songs all day every day. A few days ago a commerical came on about weight loss and the female talking said that if you gain a pound a month for a year that is a gain of 10 pounds for the year! I heard it once, then again and then was forced to write an email to the company to explain to them that that would be a gain of 12 pounds not 10. The reply....\"yeah, we are all getting a good laff over that\". Laff???? These people are just stupid and young people are listening to this crap and becoming stupid! This morning as I was getting dressed I listened to a full 2 minutes of one DJ listing all the different tee shirts that the other DJ wears, everyone was laughing (or is that laffing?). 2 minutes! I timed it! I ran to the radio and switched it back to AM and the W&J show. Tonight I am going to buy a better radio to insure I can hear the show without the static. Again I apologize for being sucked into such stupidity for even a moment.

- Johnson No Amero for Kate Hello Radio Gods!
I was wondering when the meeting for the Amero was going be held. I would love to be there to protest it. Most of Americas ( ifthey can call themselves that) are walking around like a bunch dumb horses with blinders on. They are afriad to stand up and take America back to the way it was intended. We are to dependant on other countries. And with the Amero coming around it reinforces that fact that America can be walked all over and the end times are coming. If you ever get a chance you need to watch a documentary called \"Obession, Islamcis War against the West\" It goes to show that the Taliban will jump and dance in the streets if Obama is elected as president. He is a danergous man. In Chicago they have a sector that they are trying to push for all Islamic rights. Which means that women will lose the right to stand up for themselves, it will allow the husband to beat his wife as he sees fit. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH US!??????
Sorry to make it so long but please let me know when and where that Amero meeting will be held so I may attend.
THank you so much and
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!

- W&J Hillary's Mis-speak Hillary Clinton‚s recent assertion of being under sniper fire in Bosnia is very unsettling with me. Her clarification that she „misspoke‰ about the incident enrages me. On four separate occasions she candidly spoke about how she and Chelsea had to run to the cars with their heads covered. There is nothing funny about sniper fire. There damn sure is not anything funny about candidly talking about encountering sniper fire when it did not happen. I was hit by a sniper‚s bullet in June 2005 on the streets of Baghdad. I woke up two weeks later in a Walter Reed Army Medical Center bed. I was on a feeding tube for a month and lost 50 lbs within that time period. I constantly lived hallucinogenic nightmares from all the pain medication that was being pumped into my body. I experienced 15+ surgeries within two months in order to try and minimize one bullet‚s damage. I had to relearn how to walk, eat, and bathe. It would take two years for me to receive my last surgery and I have yet to fully recover from the damage that one sniper‚s bullet did to my body and mind. I was lucky. I survived. Hillary‚s „honest mistake‰ proves that she knows nothing about combat or what a soldier and his family go through when the worst happens. Her reaction to critics of her „sniper story‰ shows that she does not care, either. Her comments and lack of an apology to those who live under sniper fire every day are not only offensive, but ignorant. In an effort to make herself look credible „under fire‰, Hillary has belittled all effort and sacrifice by those who really do have to duck for cover.

- Johnson Can White Bread Americans Unite ? Last May Day, millions of Hispanics -- mostly illegal aliens -- walked off their jobs, stayed home from school and did no shopping in order to demonstrate their \"economic clout\" in support of amnesty for law-breakers. The news media ate it up.
Suppose that the OTHER 300 million of us did the same to demonstrate OUR economic clout?
On May 1, 2008, we will protest Amnesty and Illegal Immigrants by not going to work, opening for business or doing any financial negotiations for that day.
One day without our business would send a grand, strong message. Our Government, Corporations and the Illegal Immigrant just might realize that we are fed up.
Protest May 1, 2008 with your American Flag in hand, in your yard, on your car or however you wish to display it.
If you have to work, show your Unity by carrying and displaying your American Flag.
The simplicity is, we don\'t have to group or meet anywhere.
We only, individually lose one day of work or spending money.
I will believe it when I see it

A happy good Monday morning, Gawds!
Here is a copy of a letter my husband sent to Obama\'s campaign headquarters in Houston. Thought you might find it interesting:
I pray to God (the one most Americans have historically believed in) that your candidate loses the upcoming election by the largest landslide in the history of our country. The fact that he has done as well as he has to this point, in spite of his lack of experience, background, heritage, preference for most things not in the best interest of America, etc. is glaring proof that our forefathers were absolutely correct when they originally set down the guidelines for voting in this country. They did not believe that the average American would possess the knowledge or wisdom to place votes in the best interest of the country - and I think Mr. Obama\'s success to this point proves that they were correct.... too many of the citizens of this country are simply sheep willing to be led blindly off to slaughter (or whatever wonderful things Mr. Obama has in-store politically for us)... I\'m sure you\'ll be quick to delete my message, but it helps to let you know how many of us in America still feel... and I\'ll soon be off to say my bedtime prayers.... over and over... to God (not Allah)... and I\'ll be sure to take a quick peak at my Bible while I\'m thinking of our country and those poor souls who have died to keep us free.. while Mr. Obama can\'t find his way to lower himself to salute our nation\'s flag, place his hand on the bible, sing our anthem... lord help us if the idiots in this country prevail and elect the loser your campaign has laid before us!!! God Bless America (tell Mr. Obama to ponder that saying for a bit)... and believe me - we need God to bless us in a big way right now... for we know not what we might be doing!!!! Mr. Obama wants this country to believe in him... and he does not even believe in most things this country has always stood for -- the kind of real change he probably has in mind for us is terrifying!!! Thank God our Congress will keep him from making any real difference if in-fact he ever lays his Muslim head in the White House!!! I\'d like to offer my best wishes... but then I\'d have to ask for forgiveness for my sin (lying) while I\'m saying my prayers... So I guess I\'ll just be honest and say I hope you guys go nowhere nice!!!
A greatly concerned American in Texas -- a great state that with any luck (and perhaps a new immigration policy) might remain that way... I suppose I should also mention that I\'m a minority citizen (though not legally recognized that way - since I\'m an American born white male).
Go girl...er boy

All the while talking about creating jobs here in America and penalizing private companies that outsource jobs. Ross Perot was right. That giant sucking sound is the sound of our jobs now they are going to the French, Indians, Mexicans, Chicoms, and all points East, South, and West. - W&J Idocracy gone wild As a 60 year old 8th grade history teacher, with a degree first in government then education, I am very disturbed how much ignorance exists about how our government works. Thanks to guys like W & J, We can still win this war against ignorance. There are a lot of battles to be fought. - Billy Ed Al "Godfather Gore" Is Al Gore running a protection racket like the Sopranos and the Corleones ?
Message: Regarding Al Gore's global warming scam - see definition of
"racketeering" from Wikipedia.
The term racket comes from the Italian word ricatto (blackmail) and is
also used as a pejorative term for legitimate businesses. Typically,
this usage is based on the example of the "protection racket" and
indicates that the speaker believes that the business is making money by
selling a solution to a problem that it created (or that it
intentionally allows to continue to exist), specifically so that
continuous purchases of the solution are always needed.
Sounds like he should be under a Federal indictment. Start a petition &

- W&J Stimulus Scheme Grand High Exalted Mystic Gawds of the Radio,
I humbly suggest to you that the rather ill-conceived economic stimulus package the Federal government is about to launch on out Nation‚s lower income folk may possibly hold a silver lining. Granted, folks like you two magnificent sons-o-bitches and others like myself will not qualify for checks because we were raised to understand the value of a dollar and are not afraid to work for a living to better our life and that of our family‚s. Even though the landscaping vouchers were a damn good idea, I have a more optimistic take on all this.
If I understand the program correctly, checks for $600 to $1200+ will be going out beginning in May and going through, like July? Well, here‚s the plan; invest as much money as you can in the common stock of beer, distillery, and cheap winery companies such as Miller Brewing Company, Jack Daniels, Jose Cuervo, Schlitz Malt Liquor, Morgan David Wineries, and such. Then sell around the middle of July or a week before the checks stop hitting the streets. Bingo!
I‚m mean honestly, what is any self-respecting, low to moderate income black, latino, or other welfare sucking liberal going to do with all that extra money? From what I‚ve seen, they are going to go directly to the liquor store, without passing go (but collecting the $200 and more) to buy as much cheap high elixir as possible for a couple of months until the money runs out. Also, the government has kindly decided to stretch out the issuance of the checks for a few months, so the alcohol boarding will push the related company stocks through the ceiling!
If you don‚t make at least five times your investment, then I‚ve lost faith in our friends from the south and our native welfare scholars!
Good luck investing

- W&J Voices Roar Dear Mr Walton,
As a loyal listener of the show, I feel it is my duty to inform you that I can no longer be silent about this problem. As of noon today, my attorney has sent you, via certified mail a lawsuit in the amount of $98 Quantrillion dollars for the blatant, wanton, reckless and purposeful damage to my stereo system(s). You see sir, in the past years and months, I have listened to your show in my home, car, ipod, portable music system and even on occasion, in the shower. And due to the FLAGRANT misuse of the BASS in your voice, the speakers in all of these devices are completely blown out. I demand restitution for the destruction of my property and request that you have B.E. kick you square in the junk IMMEDIATELY so as to adjust the pitch of your voice in a manner more suitable to my listening devices. If you do not comply with-a-quickness, I will be forced to move forward with my lawsuit.
P.S. This suit is also naming Mr Eaux, b/c his voice be mad-basslike too bruh!!! B.E. and that flamer are not named as they have no sack, and therefore, no bass.

The last time I checked, White was a color. It is estiamted that they have 13 million members. I am sure that number is inflated. If we get 15 to 20 Million to join, we can assume the majority and take over the organization. What do you think? Please look at their web site. There are 5 or 6 pictures on the home page, all Black. Where are the Hispanics, Asians, etc.

- Mr. Eaux Fake Nam Vets on Show I could tell you many stories about bullshit I hear from guys claiming to be Viet Nam vets. One of the most rediculous is how they carried an AK into battle, Talk about a good way to get shot by your own people!!! The AK has a very distinct sound and when you are surrounded by your enemy, yet can\'t see them, and are damned scared, you instintively shoot toward the sound of an AK. Also, where the hell are you going to get your bullets? The army doesn\'t provide them. You\'d have to go kill some NVA and then go get their weapons. The NVA would haul ass with weapons before they carried away their wounded. Guns and ammo were much harder to get than villagers. My VVA magazine tells me that 70% of people claiming to be Viet Nam vets are lying. Something you said about guns reminded me of this for some reason.
Roger that...I can tell some were never in country.

- W&J We're not smarter than 5th grader The problem with US public schooled, educated people is that we were taught the basics of how the United States was formed took place in an elementary school. The basics were taught well in most public schools, but we were kids, and as kids: we were preoccupied by the opposite sex or making first string on the football team. Many of us either weren\'t paying attention or forgot. Adult programs need to be set up to reteach the history of how the United States occurred. Many adults need to take a summer school courses to relearn what caused the dirt between the Atlantic and the Gulf to earn the dignified named, the United States of America. This course has to be one that can be distributed easily. I would take on this task but I need help to make it happen. These courses need to be simple and brief explanations of US history. Contact me if you can help.
- W&J W&J against the planet ? I heard snippets of you conversation about Al Gore being the Mesiah of the planet. I would like to think that we (and that includes you guys) are smart and complex enough beings that we can find the value in all that people say (except Fred Phelps). The earth is our home, we don\'t get a second chance at this thing we call life. I see the side of those who think it is obsurd to think that people can control the climate. They say that there is not enough evidence....that didn\'t stop us from going into war now did it? We thought we had the facts, and acted. It stands to reason we should do the same for climate change.
The destruction of the earth is not what I am worried about, it is the destruction of ecosystems and biodiversity planet wide brought on by globalism and population increase that should be our priority.
Recent studies showed the presence of toxins in polar bear fat. Now I could be wrong, maybe polar bears ARE using spray paint, chemical pesticides, or toxic auto finishes, but I think not. So how did it get there? Hmmmm, maybe humans are having an impact after all. Something to think about.
Thanks for your time.

- Walton Lazy Americans Won't Work Dear Gawds.
First of all, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my red-blooded (part) Native American heart for your candid, objective, unbiased, evenhanded, nonpartisan, fair and balanced commentary on the pressing issue of the illegal invasion. As a loyal listener of about 25 years - since my days as an impressionable teenager - I have listened with rapt attention to your perspective on a variety of germane issues \"du jour.\" Whether I find myself merely pissed off or astounded and edified by your opinion and attendant discourse regarding an issue, you always offer an extensive buffet of food for thought. However, the issue of the illegal invasion besetting our nation has proven to be one of the most significant issues to date - at least in my opinion. I would like to express my gratitude to you for your hard work in attempting to bring to the attention of the languid and apparently apathetic and indifferent American public this abominable menace to our (already compromised) standard of living. The illegal immigrants are merely here to do the jobs Americans just won\'t do?!?!?!? I don\'t think so! Anyone who has ever viewed the program, \"Dirty Jobs,\" with Mike Rowe knows that there is ABSOLUTELY NO SUCH THING AS A JOB AMERICANS SIMPLY WON\'T DO!! This program should be a required component of \"Reality Check 101,\" for voters in the upcoming elections who believe - and support - the political spin on this issue. Mike Rowe has no political predilection that I can see - merely a desire to celebrate the unsung heroes of the American workforce from all walks of life and from all disciplines of toil. I applaud Mike and his featured guests for unwittingly debunking - once and for all - the myth that we need to be overrun by unwelcome invaders to do the work that we, as a populace, simply won\'t do! Your contentions are absolutely correct. Bush is a liar. Period. Sure, America has more than its share of lazy freeloaders who don\'t want to work, but they are a burdensome - and extremely expensive - minority. I say we should send them - and all of the politicians looking the other way - south of the border along with ALL of the illegal immigrants; I say they ALL deserve deportation!!!!
Keep up the great work, Gawds! W&J for President, 2008!
Peace out!

- W&J Babel Begins I listen to your program every morning while driving in to work and I love your program. You guy hit the nail right on the head. Yesterday I got so mad and I'm still pissed. I work in a highrise in the Westheimer-610 Loop area. Well yesterday morning the fire alarm system started going off and the PA system came on to give us instructions as to what action we should take IN SPANISH. a few seconds went by and the PA system kicked in again and the instructions were given again IN SPANISH. We had some workers in our office doing some remodeling and I asked them What did they say because I apparently woke up in the wrong country this morning. It wasn't until the 3rd time the PA system came on did they say anything about the situation in English. My boss was looking out the windows for the firetrucks to see if we should leave of not. This is really really sad.

- W&J 10 Per Center "gets it" Your program is quite possibly the most irreverent, outrageous, and un-politically correct program in the history of radio.... and I absolutley love it! The program brings attention to most of the stupidity running rampant in our world, especially in politics. Please don\'t change a thing. Since I am a middle school teacher, the only time of year I have the opportunity to listen to an entire program is between June and mid-August, but I do listen faithfully. In fact, the only time my radio is ever turned on is when your program is on the air. Thanks for the laughter, guys and thanks for starting my day with a smile.
That's what I'm talkin bout
- Johnson 10 "simple steps Sorry about the length. It\'s amazing how the republican party pretty much marginalized one of the main people that was able to bring them to power in the past.

From Newt,
A core failure of the Bush-Kennedy-McCain bill is that it makes
the problem bigger than it needs to be. By trying to force a
single solution in one bill, it makes the system even more
unworkable and more likely to fail. By accepting the
government\'s failure to keep its word for the last 21 years
(since the passage of Simpson-Mazzoli in 1986), the
Bush-Kennedy-McCain plan both increases the number of people who
will be legalized despite their illegal behavior and sends a
signal to others to come to America illegally in the expectation
that there will inevitably be a third wave of amnesty as we \"bow
to reality\" (in Secretary Chertoff\'s phrase) once again about
2017.
Before you believe any of the promises to keep the government\'s
word THIS TIME see the eerily parallel quotes from the 1986
debate.
There is a dramatically better and simpler alternative. It will
lead to fewer people being in America illegally. It will lead to
a nation confident that its laws will be enforced. It will signal
the world that you can come to America legally but you will not
be able to come illegally. It will signal to every American
that their uniquely American civilization will be renewed and
strengthened.
This approach is far better than the Bush-Kennedy-McCain bill.
Ten Simple, Direct Steps to a Legal American Immigration System
1. Keep the 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli commitment and control the
border. In The Reagan Diaries (HarperCollins, May 22, 2007),
President Ronald Reagan wrote that he was going to sign the
Simpson-Mazzoli bill because \"it\'s high time we regained control
of our borders and [this] bill will do this.\" For national
security reasons, it is vital we regain control of our border.
Congress should pass a narrowly written emergency border bill to
finish the necessary fence in less than a year and to have
complete border control within two years.
2. Announce an immediate shift of Internal Revenue Service
resources to audit companies that are deliberately hiring people
illegally. We do not have to focus on deporting those who want to
work. We need to focus on the Americans who are getting richer by
deliberately breaking our laws, hiring people illegally and
failing to pay taxes. These people are cheating their own
country. We should focus on fining and making it economically
impractical for Americans to deliberately encourage law
breaking. Economic penalties for knowingly hiring someone who
is illegal should rise dramatically with each employer
(including subcontractors) conviction, making it simply too
expensive to cheat. This will eliminate the magnet of illegal
jobs, will begin to diminish the flow of new illegal workers and
will lead some illegal workers to return home voluntarily.
3. Outsource to American Express, Visa or MasterCard the job of
building a real-time verification system so that honest
companies can confirm the legal status of all workers and
identify people with forged papers before they hire them as fast
as your automatic teller machine identifies you and gives you
money in a matter of seconds. We must distinguish between
companies that deliberately hire illegal workers and companies
that hire people who they believe are legal. It is the
government\'s duty to help this second group of companies by
providing a real-time verification system for identifying the
legal status of all workers so that it is possible to screen out
those with illegal documents. The government should outsource the
creation of this system so that it is easy, fast and accurate.
4. Focus deportation efforts on criminals. Those who claim that
opponents of the Bush-Kennedy-McCain bill support mass
deportations are simply wrong. We want a system in which honest
work is available for law-abiding workers and in which the
natural attrition of declining job availability will reduce
illegal behavior. However, there is one group that should be
deported immediately, and the law should be modified to make it
easy to do so. Criminals have no future in America. In every
major city and increasingly in small cities and even small
towns, gangs have become a problem and people feel a rising
sense of insecurity. There are at least 30,000 illegal gang
members now in the United States. The system should focus on
deporting criminals so that people who are here illegally
understand that breaking the law will get them deported
immediately.
5. Cut off all federal aid to any city, county or state that
refuses to investigate if a criminal is here illegally. These
so-called \"sanctuary cities\" are in effect abetting the
violation of American law and increasing the risk to honest,
law-abiding Americans. They should be cut off from all federal
aid if they refuse to help enforce federal law.
6. Offer intensive education in English to anyone who wants to
learn English, and make English the official language of
government. This will begin to reassert the commitment to
assimilation and Americanization that has historically been part
of legal immigration to America.
7. Ensure that becoming an American citizen requires passing a
test on American history in English and giving up the right to
vote in any other country.
8. Within the context of these proven changes, establish an
economically driven temporary worker program like the Krieble
Foundation proposals. Any temporary worker would have to pass a
background check to ensure they are not a criminal, would have
to give biometric information (retinal scan and thumbprint) for
a special card that would be outsourced to American Express,
MasterCard or Visa so it would be harder to defraud and
counterfeit, and would have to sign a contract committing them
to pay taxes and obey the law or be removed from the United
States within two weeks without recourse to long court
processes.
9. Create a special open-ended worker visa for high value
workers who bring specialized education, entrepreneurial talent
or capital that will grow the American economy and make America
a more prosperous country.
10. Workers who came here illegally but have a good work
relationship and community ties (including family), should have
first opportunity to get the new temporary worker visas, but
instead of paying penalties, they should be required to go home
and get the visa at home. This way they are beginning their new
career in America by obeying the law. It is amazing that those
who advocate a large fine and the new Z visa, which would be
administered in a hopelessly expedited manner, suggest that
going home to get a new legal admission to the U.S. is somehow
too complicated. If people can break the law by entering the
county illegally, they should be able to obey the law and enter
America legally.
These 10 steps would lead to a controlled border, a profound
revitalization of the core values of American civilization, a
renewed respect for the law and an economically driven system of
legal temporary workers in an orderly and controllable manner.
This program would work vastly better than the dishonest and
hopelessly complex Bush-Kennedy-McCain proposal now being pushed
so hard by the establishment against the wishes of most
Americans.
Why the Bush-Kennedy-McCain Immigration Bill Is Worse Then You
Think
And make no mistake about it: the Bush-McCain-Kennedy
immigration bill has to be stopped, once and for all. It was
bad to begin with, and the Senate isn\'t making it any better.
And it\'s not like they haven\'t had the opportunities. Consider
these votes:
1. An amendment offered by Republican Sen. Norm Coleman of
Minnesota would have closed the gaping hole in our national
security created by so-called \"sanctuary cities\" -- cities in
which city policy forbids police from even inquiring about the
immigration status of people they arrest. DEFEATED.
2. An amendment offered by Republican Sen. John Cornyn of Texas
would have denied legal status under the bill to gang members.
DEFEATED.
3. An amendment offered by Republican Sen. Tom Coburn of
Oklahoma would have required congressionally approved
certification that concrete border security and internal law
enforcement measures have taken place before the amnesty and
guest-worker provisions of the bill are implemented. DEFEATED.
Wow...those are the simple ones ?
